Solid

Pakistan go into lunch at 91 for 3, with Inzamam-ul-Haq not out on 25. His innings will be described as a "solid" innings, which it is in more ways than one.

"Solid", in India, is a colloquial term that also means "substantial". So if lunch is really good, you could refer to it as a "solid lunch".

If Inzi likes his lunch, he might well pat himself on the stomach and say, "Yaar, solid hai." And then he could add as an afterthought, "Main bhi hoon." ("So am I.")
