Cricketing Cliche 2
Fiery spell.
That's how many cricket writers will describe Zaheer Khan's first spell today. He's moving the ball both ways, and is bowling with impeccable control, throwing in the odd slower one. Marvellous spell.
Irfan Pathan, on the other hand (note cliche), has been wayward, though he's getting good movement away from the left-handers. Maybe he's nervous or has got (Universal Cliche coming up) butterflies in the stomach.
PS: As often happens in such cases, Pathan has made the breakthrough (note cliche).
